1 ounce olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 pound boneless pork loin
1 cup red wine
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 (2 liter) bottle Italian-style salad dressing
In a large bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, pork loin, red wine, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, basil and rosemary. Mix thoroughly. Cut into 1-inch cubes. Reserve 1 teaspoon of sauce for garnish.
Spread marinade over meat cubes and place meat cubes in the steaks. Place steaks in large ovenproof dish or platter on top of rice. Garnish with remaining sauce and serve steaks.
