Deep Dish Steak Recipe

Ingredients

1 ounce olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 pound boneless pork loin

1 cup red wine

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried basil

1 teaspoon dried rosemary

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 (2 liter) bottle Italian-style salad dressing

Directions

In a large bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, pork loin, red wine, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, basil and rosemary. Mix thoroughly. Cut into 1-inch cubes. Reserve 1 teaspoon of sauce for garnish.

Spread marinade over meat cubes and place meat cubes in the steaks. Place steaks in large ovenproof dish or platter on top of rice. Garnish with remaining sauce and serve steaks.

I followed this recipe exactly making no changes and these are amazing! They were perfect when I wanted to make Christmas food but didn't have time to make it. I wanted to make sure they were enough for one person before I cut them into wedges. FAIL! They were way too small. I plan on making these again but could use some more honey.
