1 pound ground beef
1 (12 fluid ounce) can condensed Cajun Dressing
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup ground lamb
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
2 sandwiches, proscripped and fried
1 head lettuce - rinsed, dried and shredded
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
To make Cajun Dressing Mix together zucchini, green beans, dark brown sugar and soy sauce. In a medium bowl, whisk together zucchini, jalapeno peppers, black garlic and salt and pepper together. Transfer cheese to a 9x13 inch baking dish and pour dressing over the entire surface of the mixture. Let stand at room temperature for 5 minutes.
Mix in the 3 remaining cubes of the cheese and 1/4 tablespoon of the tomato sauce. Press cheese evenly over the entire surface of the cauliflower. Bake uncovered for 40 minutes, or until cheeses start to pop. Remove from oven and puree in the juice and remaining sauce.
(NOTE: If you wish to make the sauce before the cauliflower is ready, pour the pureed mixture into a blender and Puree in the juice.)
