Spinach Dip Recipe

Ingredients

1 (16 ounce) can canned spinach, drained

3 tablespoons fig jams

1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

2 tablespoons lemon zest

1 (16 ounce) package yogurt, warmed

1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese

Directions

In a large bowl, mix at least 2 cups of diced onion.

In a medium bowl, mix at least the spinach mixture, fig jam, lemon juice and lemon zest.

Place the mixture in the blender or food processor until slightly crushed. Blend until smooth.

Store slices, in an airtight container, in the refrigerator. Serve hot or cold.
