1 1/3 cups milk
1 teaspoon baking powder
4 eggs
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoons white sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup oat bran
1/2 cup chopped pecans
In a large bowl, mix milk, baking powder and eggs. Beat in sugar, vanilla extract, oat bran and pecans. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
In morning, preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 3 (8 ounce) loaf pans. Place 1/4 cup oat bran and 1/2 cup pecans into each loaf pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour. Remove loaf from oven and let cool on a wire rack. Slice crusts and serve.
