1 cup lemon gelatin
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 (8 ounce) can sliced marshmallows
1 cup crushed pineapple (optional)
1 cup pineapple juice concentrate
1 cup milk
1 cup white sugar
1 fluid ounce amaretto liqueur
1 fluid ounce lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
In a large saucepan, stir together lemon gelatin, lemon juice, marshmallows and crushed pineapple. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly until marshmallows are crushed at the bottom of pan. Remove from heat. Pour into a mixing bowl and stir in pineapple juice concentrate and milk. Pour into glass-half-full and pour lemon-lime soda in top. Serve on ice.
