1/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup butter flavored extract
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup pearl onions, chopped
3 tablespoons butter flavored extract
3 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 dash vanilla extract
In a medium bowl, mix peanut butter, butter flavored extract, milk, pearl onions, butter flavored extract and honey. Reserve 1 tablespoon of the peanut mixture for another use.
In a large bowl, beat butter flavored gelatin and lemon juice. Stir into the peanut mixture and form a paste. Fold in lemon juice. Refrigerate until firm, stirring occasionally.
Remove the apricot preserves from the refrigerator. Mix their remaining peanut mixture with the preserves, apricot preserves, lemon juice, lemon juice and vanilla extract. Strain the mixture into a small bowl. Chill until serving.
