1 cup orange juice
1 cup lemon juice
3 cups fresh ginger root beer
1 1/2 cups orange juice
1 (12 fluid ounce) can pineapple juice
1 (6 ounce) can cranberry juice
2 cups frozen orange juice concentrate
2 bananas, sliced
In a blender combine orange juice and lemon juice. Separate orange slices into a large strip and cut orange strips in half. Whip pineapple/banana halves until stiff.
Sprinkle orange slices on top of entire cheesecake and spoon pineapple over top of cheesecake. Pour orange juice of pineapple over all but one serving of cheesecake; garnish with fruit.
