2 (4 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
2 medium cups chopped onion
1 1/2 cups chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 1/2 cups crabmeat
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) can portobello mushrooms
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
2 (8 ounce) cans crabmeat, drained
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Melt the cream cheese and 1/2 cup onion in the top of a double boiler over medium-low heat. Mix together, and mix in celery, bell pepper and crabmeat. Cook until carefully drained.
In a small mixing bowl, stir together the crabmeat mixture and cheese until smooth. Stir into cream cheese mixture and blend, then stir in the crabmeat mixture. Mix thoroughly. Shred each package of cream cheese and onion into 1/2 inch slices. Serve with sliced slice of Cheddar cheese, crabmeat and parsley.
