1 quart heavy cream
1/3 cup chopped peaches
1/4 cup chopped bananas
1/2 cup sliced orange
1/2 cup kiwi or coconut
2/3 green grapefruit
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon orange sherbet
8 1/2 fluid ounces vodka
Prepare ice cubes in a saucepan with orange juice.
Stir cream (if desired) into pineapple, bananas, orange, kiwi or coconut. Stir in pineapple sherbet and cocktail sauce. Garnish with lemon juice. Serve with lime sherbet if desired.
