1 1/4 cups white sugar
1 cup packed light brown sugar
3 tablespoons ground cinnamon
1/2 cup freshly grated lemon rind
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup eggnog
1 cup crushed ice
Stir together the brown sugar and light brown sugar until well blended. Mix in the cinnamon and lemon rind. Keep stirring until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Stir eggnog and lemon rind into the sugar mixture, mixing well. Combine the crushed ice with the brown sugar mixture. Store in ziploc bags or freezer containers.
