1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup chicken bouillon granules
1 1/2 teaspoons honey
1 (6 ounce) can marinated crabmeat
1 small onion, peeled and diced
1 small carrot, diced
2 tablespoons chicken bouillon granules
6 cloves garlic, minced
6 sprigs fresh parsley
6 1/2 cups fresh tomatoes, diced
1 pinch salt
2 tablespoons dried marjoram
In a medium-size skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Saute chicken bouillon for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. When chicken is browned, add honey and about 1/2 cup crabmeat and stir-fry for about 30 seconds.
Rub chicken bouillon mixture with minced garlic into the crock pot. Add tomato mixture, salt and marjoram; pour over chicken.
Cover and reduce heat to medium. Cook for 30 minutes or so, and stir to coat.
Cover and simmer over low heat for approximately 20 minutes.
