1 pound lean ground beef
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 onions, chopped
1 1/2 teaspoons seasoning salt
4 pork chops
1 pound chopped bacon
1 (5 ounce) can tomato soup
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
20 cloves garlic, crushed
1 (20 ounce) can mushrooms, drained
salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place beef in a 9x13 inch roasting pan. In a shallow dish, mix the garlic powder, vegetable oil, onion, seasoning salt, pork chops, bacon, tomato soup, tomato paste, garlic, mushrooms, salt and pepper. Rub the roast with the mixture. Place the roasting pan on a medium baking sheet.
Bake uncovered for 2 to 2 1/2 hours, or until internal meat temperature reaches 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).
