Sloppy Joes Recipe

Ingredients

1 (16 ounce) package sloppy joe breakfast taco shells

1 (6 ounce) can refried beans

1 (16 ounce) container salsa

1 (1.25 ounce) package instant salsa

1 (1 ounce) square unsweetened chocolate

Directions

In a large skillet over medium heat, saute refried beans for about 5 minutes on each side or until lightly browned. Stir in taco shells, one at a time. Remove from skillet and defrost. Reserve 1/2 cup of the shells for second use. Reserve the other 1/2 cup shells for future use.

Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, mix salsa in a blender or food processor. Place 1/4 cup of the salsa in center of each taco shell. Roll edges of shells around top of salsa. Slide shells onto dinner plates.

Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour or until slightly golden brown. Carefully remove plates from oven and spread evenly with taco mixture. Top with chocolate and your favorite candy flavored Jell-O.
