1 cup white sugar
3 tablespoons flour
1 1/8 teaspoons instant flour
1 1/4 teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon shortening
3 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons shortening
2 eggs
2 teaspoons active dry yeast
In a normal food processor or blender, combine sugar, flour, flour, salt, shortening, milk and yeast. Roughly pulse until paste displays the consistency of a paste fondue (parchment doneness not to be concerned). Pour into a bowl and let stand at room temperature for about 1 hour.
