2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 egg, lightly beat
1 (3 ounce) package raspberry flavored Jell-O
4 tablespoons margarine or butter
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine flour, baking powder and baking soda. Microwave once for 8 to 10 minutes; stir well.
In a large skillet over medium heat, mix together cream cheese, sugar, oil, egg and raspberry gelatin. Stirring constantly, slowly pour cream cheese mixture into pie crust.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Let cool completely, or store in refrigerator.
