1 (10 ounce) package frozen puff pastry, thawed
1 cup water
1/4 cup milk, chilled
1/2 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon lemon zest extract
1 teaspoon lemon zest extract
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease the bottom of a 9 inch pie pan.
Heat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Place pastry in preheated oven. Bake for about 1 hour, or until browned and golden brown. Chill before serving.
