2 cups shredded French cheese
1 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup chopped onion
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9 inch round baking dish. In a medium bowl, stir together the French cheese, olive oil, garlic powder, basil, red pepper flakes, paprika, salt and Parmesan cheese. Place mixture over the prepared baking dish, and sprinkle with parsley and garlic powder.
Bake uncovered in 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) oven for forty minutes. Remove prepared dish from oven and brush on grated Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
