1 1/2 cups pumpkin puree
1 1/2 cups water
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3/4 cup white sugar
1 cup margarine, softened
4 teaspoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
In a large pot, mix pumpkin puree, water, eggs, baking soda, salt, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon. Cook over medium heat for about 1 to 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
Pour mixture into pastry shell. Chill at least 4 hours before serving.
