1/2 cup margarine
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups flaked coconut
3/4 cup blueberries
1 cup chocolate glaze
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, cream together the margarine, flour, baking powder, and salt until smooth. Stir in the vanilla until blended. Stir in the coconut, blueberries, and chocolate glaze. Pour mixture evenly over the cookie sheet.
Bake for 8 to 9 minutes in the preheated oven. Remove cookie from oven and allow to cool completely.
