1 medium frozen cake dough
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon ground cloves
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/2 cup green coffee flavored liqueur, with milk
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a 8x8 inch dish.
In a medium bowl, stir together the instant all-purpose flour and baking powder. In a separate bowl, mix together the powdered flour, 2 egg whites, a teaspoon of remaining cinnamon and 1/2 cup coffee flavored liqueur.
Divide dough into four equal pieces. Roll each piece into a fist about 1/4 inch thick and 1/2 inch wide. Fold each piece inside the fist so they are together to form an oblong ball. Place rounds 2 inches apart onto prepared pan.
Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 20 to 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into center of cake comes out clean.
