1 (8 ounce) package frozen hash brown potatoes
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs, beaten
3 tablespoons cornstarch
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Bring a large saucepan of water to a boil. Add hash browns and cook until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain.
Beat 1/2 cup butter or margarine in medium bowl until smooth. Mix in brown sugar, white sugar and honey. Beat in eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in cornstarch, then pour into baked crust.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown. Serve hot.
