2 cups all-purpose flour
1 3/4 cups packed brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup chopped pecans
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (8 ounce) can fruit flavored Jell-O
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9 inch pie pan.
In a medium bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, butter, pecans and pudding mix.
Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake in preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool on a rack. Serve hot or cold.
