1 (18 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, combine the pineapple, pudding mix and sour cream. Spread mixture onto pie crust. Bake for 30 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow crust to cool slightly. Garnish with pineapple slices, if desired.
