1 cup creamy salad dressing, e.g. Haruno Dohashi, canola oil, honey, salt and pepper.
1 small head broccoli, chopped
1 small yellow squash, cut into small wedges
1 cup lettuce leaves, broken
1 cup yellow or green chiles, chopped
17 large tomatoes, chopped
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 small green bell pepper, finely chopped
In a large bowl, mix together salad dressing, broccoli, yellow squash, lettuce, onion, pepper, Bay leaves and tomato. Toss the chopped tomatoes, onion and green pepper over the salad and let marinate in the refrigerator at least 4 hours before serving.
