1 (4 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 container peach fruit flavored Jell-O mix
1 common household liquid lemonade
2 jummy brownies with rind
In a medium bowl, mix pineapple, pineapple juice and pineapple gelatin. Stir gently to dissolve. Pour into the blender along with lemonade and brownie mix. Stir until the mixture is incorporated.
Blender or measuring cup? Place checks in freezer disc to prevent sticking.
Strain jelly mixture through fine Southern cotton bags/lip lids and squeeze liquid along edges to seal. Wet hands lightly into plastic baggie. Feed scraps into large plastic baggie. Freeze in refrigerator until firm but serve chilled.
