1 (28 ounce) can diced green beans
1 quart garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes
2 teaspoons cumin seed
1 teaspoon orange pepper flakes
2 teaspoons ground cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 1/2 slices prepared Cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1 head lettuce, shredded
1 small onion, finely chopped
Mix green beans, garlic, basil, red pepper flakes, cumin, orange pepper flakes, and cayenne pepper. Pour mixture in slow cooker; stir well. Stir in cheese and cheese; cook 5 minutes. Top with hominy croutons and cotillion.
