2 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon dried basil
4 slices fresh, shredded white or frozen parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons butter, melted
3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
3 slices white or brush cheese
2 tablespoons dried parsley
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Mix lemon juice, garlic, basil, parmesan and cheese. Bring to a slow boil. Stir in butter. Reduce heat and let simmer one minute. Cover and add cheese, mozzarella cheese, cheese, parmesan and parsley. Continue simmering over medium heat until cheese is melted. Serve hot!
