1 pound ground beef
1 (10 ounce) can tomato soup
1/4 cup chili powder
3/4 (1 ounce) bag taco seasoning mix
1 (1 ounce) package homemade chile flavored cream cheese
In a medium bowl, blend the ground beef, tomato soup and chili powder. Mix in the taco seasoning mix. Spread over the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish in the order suggested by your taste.
Place the remaining cream cheese over the center of the horseshoe; spread the cream cheese mixture over the three whipped cream layers. Repeat steps 2 through 4 with the beef mixture. Serve in bowls or chips.
