2 pounds pickle relish
1 small onion, chopped
1 (16 ounce) can whole peeled tomatoes with juice
1 (15 ounce) can red kidney beans, drained
1/2 cup minced onion
1/2 cup minced green bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped fresh mushrooms
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, minced
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
7 teaspoons distilled white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon lemon zest
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon basil
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon cider vinegar
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
Place relish in a medium saucepan. Warm over medium heat, stirring occasionally until smooth. Remove from heat. Cook onion, celery, tomatoes and red beans in relish for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir onion mixture into tomato mixture. Mix in mushrooms, parsley, garlic powder, basil, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice and garlic powder. Cover saucepan and simmer over medium heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add onion mixture to tomato mixture, stirring frequently. Cover saucepan and simmer over medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in apple cider vinegar, lemon zest, cinnamon and salt. Cover saucepan and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Transfer saucepan into a large bowl. Mix tomato mixture with relish and tomato mixture with relish, mixing well. Transfer saucepan to large bowl.
Sprinkle the top of the turkey breast with crushed tomatoes, and arrange in the bottom of the baking dish. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Bake uncovered in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until browned and bubbly.
