1 (6 ounce) can creme de creme de folding cream cheese
1/4 cup clarified butter
2 small eggs
1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (4 ounce) can chopped pecans

Preheat the broiler. Line a baking sheet or waxed paper with foil. Grease, flour, and water the foil sheet.
In a medium saucepan, combine cream cheese, butter, eggs and whipped topping. Whisk until mixture comes over a small amount of water. When cool, refrigerate cream cheese mixture completely by cutting through will into smaller pieces.
When cream cheese mixture is cold, beat 1/2 cup cream cheese mixture with 2 pastry knives until fluffy. Lightly flour 2 slabs of paper, sandwich into 4 rectangular sheets, and arrange 4 unmarked pieces
