1 pound bacon, cut into 1 inch pieces
1/2 pound baked beans
1 onion, finely diced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup white wine
3 stalks celery, sliced into 1/2 inch slices
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
2 teaspoons mustard
1/4 teaspoon ketchup
3 tablespoons kielbasa sausage noodles
Rub the bacon into the bottom of a large baking dish. Bake for about one hour or until bacon is crispy. Drain excess grease from pan. Spread baked beans across the bottom of dish. Top with bacon grease, onion slices, salt, wine, celery and butter. Place the celery slices on top of the bowl, drizzle with kielbasa and spoon sausage around the edge to seal.
Spoon the sauce around the edges of the dish, keeping it on the bottom. Let stand 4 hours at room temperature.
Remove baked beans and place them on serving plate. Pour the butter mixture over the beans, sprinkle lightly with parsley. Serve warm or cool.
