2 pounds pork tenderloin
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons ground black pepper
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram
2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon molasses
Heat oil in a slow cooker over medium high heat. Add garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, basil, rosemary, marjoram, salt, vinegar, Worcestershire and chili powder. Mix well and cook on low for about 2 hours.
Perfect fruity smoothie---Ive never make a foamy top. Instead, I paint them black & stain them Blue. Will definitely make again.
