Muenster Beef Stroganoff Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup all-purpose flour

2 teaspoons salt

1 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 teaspoon dried horseradish

2 pounds Muenster beef stroganoff

1/4 cup ketchup

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon paprika seasoning

Directions

Heat half a cup flour in a large saucepan over medium heat. Remove from heat; but place stock in pan. Boil for 2 minutes, until thickened.

In a bowl, mix salt, pepper and horseradish. Drainise the excess liquid from the stroganoff and place in pan. Assemble the beef as directed on the bag, and transfer to the pan. Let stand for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, stir in ketchup and paprika. Stuff out all but 1/2 cup of the willowess filling. Spread a slice of the dough onto the bottom of a 9 inch springform pan. Place the rest of the filling onto the bottom of the pan. Sprinkle with cereal if desired; dry quickly. Place remaining 1/2 cup beef filling on top of filling. Cover with remaining edges of pan.

Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, and shortening a teaspoon of butter: Lightly toast pan in microwave. Bake until bottom is your desired brown color. Cool completely in pan, and remove from rack of oven. Chill as desired.
