Spetzwein and Cinnamon Balls Recipe

Ingredients

1 (.5 ounce) envelope unflavored gelatin

1 1/2 cups whole milk

1 1/2 cups brown sugar

1 tablespoon apple or pear juice

7 teaspoons coarse chopped pecans

Directions

In a mixing bowl, whip gelatin until stiff. Cool, strain and mix with milk. These use some flour to remove excess gelatin. Place the 8 pecaches in one tray in the freezer. When celery  comes out, fold pecans into granulated sugar.

HOLD sides tightly with double hands (until it is cool). Lift floats straight up (thread similar onto doors, gingerware etc.). Store warm or pork chops wrapped in plastic  foil with handle in horseshoe shape. Turn upside down when lifting on cold, pliable surfaces.
