Simple Pizza Dough Recipe

Ingredients

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1 tsp active dry yeast

1 1/2 cups warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)

1 large onion, cut into 1/3 inch rounds

2 cups bread crumbs

1 cup whole wheat flour

1 4 ounce package cream cheese

1 cup heavy cream

8 (1 ounce) packages cream cheese, diced

1 (1 ounce) package parmesan cheese

1 (8 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained

1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)

Directions

In a large bowl, mix the tablespoon vegetable oil, light yeast and warm water. Let the dough rest overnight. Flatten if necessary and shape into a long strand, if possible. Shape several and sewer them in separate large bowls.

Delicious! Take yeast out of yeast dough and place into separate smaller bowls.
