3 tablespoons olive oil

1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon dried sage
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1 teaspoon dried red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Heat olive oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Saute onion, bell pepper and celery for 5 minutes. Stirring constantly, cook for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in chopped bell pepper. Stirring constantly, cook for 1 minute. Stirring constantly, stir in celery, onion, Italian seasoning, salt and oregano. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 1 minute. Stirring constantly, cook for 2 minutes.
Stir in parsley, thyme, rosemary, sage, basil, parsley mixture, onion mixture, bell pepper, celery mixture, lemon juice and salt. Simmer over medium heat for 1 1 hour. Stir frequently with a wooden spoon. Serve hot or cold.
