2 cups white sugar
1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
1 teaspoon lemon extract
In a large bowl, mix together sugar, pudding mix, oil, eggs, vanilla extract and sour cream. Mix everything together. Shape into balls. Roll in lemon zest.
Roll brownie dough into walnut sized chunks. Place brownies between sheets of waxed paper. Place brownies on waxed paper to keep them shiny. Bake in preheated oven for about 6 minutes. Cool on waxed paper.
