1 (16 ounce) can sherry tomatoes, drained
1 (16 ounce) can tomato paste
1 (3.5 ounce) can diced chili peppers, drained
1 (6 ounce) can chili sauce mix
1 (3.5 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
1 (8 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
1 (8 ounce) can chili beans
1 (12 ounce) can kidney beans, drained
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
In a medium saucepan, combine tomatoes, tomato paste, chili peppers, chili sauce mix, mushrooms, soup mix, beans, tomato juice, garlic powder, meat seasoning and shallots. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
Stir in beans, tomato juice, garlic powder and meat seasoning. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 5 minutes.
