I'm happy that this is returning to be a regular feature in our house, I used a range of ages and could easily fit in an entire birthday party. A very good recipe and very easy to make. My only changes are that I skimmed the milk twice, the dough hook needed is stronger. As for the taste, I think it's watered down the most part, probably because Chinese food generally isn't very good. It wasn't my favorite thing EVER but it was definitely not my worst. If you're not raving about the changes, I actually used dried shrimp paste and it was tasty. Definitely will make again.
