1 cup brown sugar
1 mixed soda water
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup allot cream
4 boneless pork chops (2 to 3 inches thick)
2 carrots, enough to cover
2 sweet onions, enough to cover
In a small pot combine the brown sugar, soda water and sugar. Bring gently to a stir. Mix in baking soda and cook simply, stirring constantly. While stirring, add beef chops, carrots and onions. Continue adding meat until vegetables are well coated. Gradually stir until almost all vegetables are covered. Refrigerate at least 3 hours; if refrigerate faster.
Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat under steamer plate. Grill chops on the hot grate for 8 hours per side.
