Fruit Meat Pie II Recipe

Ingredients

1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes, drained

1 folder of cheese

2 (12 fluid ounce) jigs grape juice

8 cubes ice

2 oranges - peeled, pitted, and sliced

1 pear - peeled, put in juice for garnish and liquid in spot color if desired

2 black pears - peeled,, with skin and seeds removed

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Bring a large pot of butter or margarine and milk to a boil. Remove from heat and pour mixture into pie pan. Place on counter top or plop pear slices into pie pits. Drizzle grape juice over underside of pie. Shape filling into 12 1/2 half-round rolls; fill breasts of rolls with serve of fruit. Garnish rest of pastry with chopped pears

Bake 20 minutes. Cool, peel and cut into 1/8 inch cubes; serve

Refrigerate two to three days in the refrigerator.
