1 (12 ounce) can sliced artichoke peppers, drained with juice reserved
1/4 cup white wine
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup Mexican-style dressing
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
In a medium bowl, mix the artichoke peppers, white wine, olive oil and Mexican-style dressing. Mix well and transfer to a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 10 minutes. Remove from baking dish. Serve at room temperature.
