1/2 cup olive oil
12 cubed fresh mushrooms
1 egg
3 (8 ounce) cans chopped green olives
1 (8 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained, with liquid reserved
1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
3/4 cup cornflake cheese
In a medium saucepan over medium heat bring olive oil to a boil. Stir in the mushrooms, then reduce heat and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring frequently. Add egg yolks; cook, stirring, until mixture is thickened. Stir in chopped mushrooms, olives, chives and cornflake cheese.
Bring mixture to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 to 3 minutes.
