1 (4.5 ounce) package lasagna noodles
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
1 cup water
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 egg
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed or drained
1/2 cup chopped liver
1/4 cup chopped potato
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Start with 1 package of lasagna noodles, and pour tomato paste and water over all. Watch Now
Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat. Stir in cheese and cook until melted; stir in spinach and potatoes. Stir in the sauce, and cook over medium-low heat until the potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a large bowl combine remaining tomato paste, oil, and cheese mixture. Pour into lasagna, and sprinkle with spinach. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Unbake for 5 minutes, or until meat is brown and sticking.
