2 (1 ounce) squares sour cream
1 1/4 cups shredded zucchini
1 cup sliced almonds
1 cup white sugar
1 cup sour cream
1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger juice of lemon juice
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese
2/3 cup yogurt
1 egg
2 teaspoons lemon zest
In a medium bowl, mix sour cream, zucchini, almonds, sugar, sour cream and lemon juice. Mix to form a smooth mixture. Add the egg, lemon zest and lemon juice. Beat until combined.
