1 (1 ounce) package green and red bean fritters
1 (1 ounce) package yellow mini fritters, divided
1 medium banana, sliced into rounds
Place fritters and banana slices in large bowl and pat dry.
In a small bowl, sift together 1/4 cup fritter mix, 1/8 cup lemon juice concentrate, 1/8 cup baking soda and 1/4 cup orange juice and blend into the banana. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry banana 8 to 10 minutes on each side, until golden brown. Remove from pan and cool on wire rack.
