Hot Cocoa Teacakes Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup corn syrup

1 cup milk

2 tablespoons white sugar

3 tablespoons water

2 tablespoons water, divided

2 ounces vanilla extract

4 cups sour cream

1 ounce white chocolate chips

1 chocolate bar, unflavored

1 (8 ounce) can evaporated milk

Directions

In a medium saucepan combine corn syrup, milk, sugar and water. Bring mixture to a simmer and pour over a portion of the bottom of a 9 inch springform pan. Let simmer for 20 minutes.

Stir in vanilla. Pour into prepared pan. Chill overnight.

In the morning, blend sour cream into sour cream mixture and light it with 2 cups of evaporated milk. Pour frosting over top of crust and refrigerate overnight.
