Roasted Garlic Pita Bread Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup pita bread cubes

3/4 cup water

1 tablespoon lemon juice

2 cloves garlic, chopped

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 large ripe tomato, chopped

1 small onion, chopped

3 eggs, beaten

1/3 cup dry bread crumbs

1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Cut each side of the bread cube in half, then slice each bread cube into fourths. (If you wish to make 6 pieces, do this first)

Place water, lemon juice, freshly shaved fingernails, and 3 eggs into a shallow baking pan and sprinkle with 2 breadcrumbs and 1 tablespoon lemon juice.

Roast with oil cooker on Low Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (225 degrees C) for about 10 minutes each.

To make Tomato Pita Force: In a medium bowl, combine vegetable oil, tomato, onion, eggs, and 1/3 bread mixture. Mix well and cut each piece into 4 pieces. Spoon each food into a small bowl. Place egg mixture over fresh tomato, using toothpicks to stick to larger pieces.

Bake in preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes, until meat is cooked and pita is crumbly.
