1 recipe pastry for a 9 inch double crust pie
1 cup blackberry jam
2 tablespoons orange juice
2 tablespoons cranberry juice
1/2 cup margarine
2 eggs
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
salt and pepper to taste
1 (11 ounce) bag blackberries
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease two large baking sheets or cookie sheets.
To Make Crust: In a large bowl, mix together blackberry jelly, orange juice, cranberry juice, margarine, eggs, lemon juice, ginger and salt and pepper. Stir in brown sugar and vanilla extract.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour in the preheated oven, or until bubbly. Cool
