3/4 cup cinnamon
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 1/2 cups raisins
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
In a large bowl, blend the cinnamon, baking powder, nutmeg and raisins. Stir in the butter and brown sugar. Beat in the oil, brown sugar, and vanilla; mix well. Drop by rounded spoonfuls into the bottom of prepared cookie sheets.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
